HDA: Zebra List - Some clients and vendors are excellent. Some clients and vendors take advantage of Hull Divers. by just switching companies without setteling thier accounts.
This system is for HDA members to share our experiences with other members about:
1) Customers - Great clients relocating, or no pay, low pay, slow pay, mean, abusive clients we all need to avoid
2) Divers - Divers looking for work, or water liners, theves, posers, complainers...
3) Vendors - Geat prices, great service or bad service, slow commissions, poor quality, high prices...
4) Referrals - Prop shops, topside services, anode vendors, marine electricians, mechanics, etc...
Kind of like the credit reporting agencies...
PROPOSED FLOW: This is a BETA test, suggestions are welcome!
1) Anyone with a link to this form can add a rating. This is because not all Facebook group members will chose to be HDA members but they do want to share their ratings with other members. I am considering asking Matt to post ZebraList posts from non HDA members. If this becomes abusive then I'll lock it down to only HDA members and purge reviews by non HDA members. Or you can use Phillip DePalo's work here.
2) HDA Members can send an Email to "ZebraList@HullDiversAssociation.com" with search keys in the subject like Cell number, Email or names. If the Email used in the request is recognized by the HDA as coming from an HDA member then the member will recieve a reply to the request email with any hits on the ZebraList. This access method is for HDA members who do not choose to use SCRAPE.
3) HDA Members using SCRAPE will enjoy a full comprehensive scan of all of thier clents against the ZebraList and fresh scans before each cleaning so they become aware of any posts before they engage.
VALUE PROPOSITION: Just one bad clients costs me between $600 and $3000 before I cut them.
