The Hull Divers Association (HDA) is designed to form a unified collective of more than 2000 professional hull divers organized specifically for the purpose of  jointly developing benefits that our industry needs and specifically the specialized SCRAPE software to manage the unique and cooperative business operations of the hull diving industry in strict compliance with Federal, State, Local and International law.

If it turns out that you and your business qualify for membership you will be asked to complete additional forms to enroll in the benefits that you indicated a 5 or more in the survey.
